Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase, no questions asked. We do not refund original shipping charges and return shipping charges will be at your own discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. It is important that you keep all the packaging as our couriers and fragile removalists won't pick up the item that does not have the packaging. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@comeohome.com.au . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package or pick-up information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is important that you keep all the packaging as our couriers and fragile removalists won't pick up the item that does not have the packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, If your item is noted on the product page as "not eligible for a return policy" or marked as "final sale" or "made to order" or is a "special order", it is not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
