Shipping policy

Please note that delivery charges are quoted during the checkout process by third-party couriers and delivered by a single driver strictly to the ground floor. The delivery fees do not include services such as assembly, packaging removal, carrying the products inside, up or down the stairs, or above/below the ground floor via elevator or stairs. Please contact us if you require any of the additional services.

General Information

All products are shipped during business hours. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive them separately as they can be sent with different carriers or from different warehouse locations.  We use third-party couriers and fragile removalists to safely deliver our products in Melbourne and Interstate. The arrival time frame varies for different products and depends on the item warehouse location and final delivery destination. Please contact us to get an estimated lead time for your address. 

Shipping And Estimated Time Frame

In-stock products are dispatched within 2-4 business days of payment being received unless otherwise specified on the product page. Estimated delivery time may vary from 3 to 14 days depending on the item(s) being ordered and your location. Larger items may require specialist furniture courier handling and may take more time in transit. Please note that during a pre-Christmas and Christmas Holidays period, the leading timeframe is likely to be extended due to the public holidays and carriers' network overload.

Damages and issues

It is important that you keep all the packaging as our couriers and fragile removalists won't pick up the item that does not have the packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Christmas Cut-Off Dates

We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible to ensure pre-Christmas delivery. Please note that the following information is a guide only. We recommend placing your order by the 1st of December for East Coast and Capital cities deliveries, and by the 24th of November for the rest of Australia.
